REGISTRATION FORMS

Please click "Apply Now" for the year you would like to apply for. If you would like to apply for a year that is not listed, please submit this form.

Students are eligible for enrollment in the 3-year-old class if they are three years old by September 1st of the year they are to begin preschool. The 3-year-old classes are Thursday and Friday from 9:00-11:00 a.m. or 12:00-2:00 p.m. 

​

Students are eligible for enrollment in the 4-year-old class if they are four years old by September 1st of the year they are to begin preschool. The 4-year-old classes are Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 9:00-11:30 a.m. or 12:30-3:00 p.m.

2025 - 2026 REGISTRATION FORM

All classes are full - you can still fill out the form if you would like to be added to the waiting list.

WAITING LIST FORM

The waiting lists are full until the 2029-2030 preschool year but we do have second waiting lists started for each year. Please click on the link below to be added to any waiting list! 

There is a $35 registration fee for the 3-year-old classes and a $40 registration fee for the 4-year-old classes. You may choose to pay via cash, check, Venmo, or Paypal. The Venmo account is @jenkinsjess and the Paypal account is linked here.
